BIOMECHANICS STRESS
(PISTOL/CARBINE)
In this course the shooters are required to know how to handle their weapons safely at a tactical level. It is a high intensity one-day 7 hours block course of pure focus on the mechanics of shooter’s movement. The instructors will refine the fundamentals of shooting and the execution of clearing malfunctions. Instructors will pinpoint on weapons presentation and clearing malfunctions under various stress environments. The mind will be put to test while shooters engage targets from various conditions and environments.
The course will provide knowledge for the shooters to gain a greater understanding of their own body performance and limitations, while on the other hand reducing injuries during high stress situations. The course will enable the muscle memory of each shooter to perform a solid edge weapons presentation and clear malfunctions under various stress conditions in an instinct. The mind and body will be pushed; be aware, be prepared.
